Our staff will be pleased to answer any additional queries on our usual open days.
Please note that there is no dedicated phone line for booking Santa Tickets. All applications must be on a Santa Booking Form.
Each ticket is valid for travel for the child/ren and up to two adults to accompany each group. Please keep the amount of adults to a minimum, as we are not able to accommodate excess numbers. All children must sit astride the coaches., and must be over one year old.
Block Bookings can be taken, up to a maximum of 10 children, please ring for time of train available, otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will all be on the same Santa Train.
If you arrive late, please make yourself known as soon as possible to Stella Evans, who will do her best to accommodate you, however a delay may be unavoidable.
Please make sure that when you start your journey you all sit together on the train with your tickets ready for enter to North Pole Station. Santa will be there to great you.
It is not possible to disembark the train at the North Pole Station Santa will visit you on the train! We regret that camcorder and camera users will not be able to disembark the train at the North Pole Station.
If your child is unable to attend on the day, you can still collect their present if you bring the Santa Tickets with you on the day of the event, and ask to speak to Stella.
In the event of needing to alter your booking, please contact Stella as below before the 13th November 2011. As all presents are individually labelled with the child’s name and age, we regret that we cannot make any alterations whatsoever after that date.
If you have mislaid your tickets, please contact Stella in advance where ever possible or as soon as you arrive on the day if prior notice is not possible. No Tickets will be changed on the day of the event. Please check your tickets as soon as you receive them. If there is a problem, please ring Stella and state the problem. If sending tickets back to be exchanged, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope for your new tickets.
There will be a Santa Special phone number for use only on the day for Emergency Use Only from 09.00 until 15.00.

Our buffet, shop and raised level track will be open 10.00 am to 4.00 pm during the event.
